Resolutions v Lifestyle Changes & more


We are more than half way through the month of January. 2012 is off to a roaring start. No doubt, many people have abandoned their resolutions to lose weight, eat healthfully or stick to their natural health regimen.

Instead of resolutions, I encourage lifestyle changes. Changing a few things in your diet and your daily habits can make a huge difference in your health. A salad before every meal, for example, can improve your digestion and improve your health. Health begins in the gut. Where there are health problems, there are gut problems.

A fruit salad every morning, or a piece of fruit, along with a cup of herbal tea, with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime, and sweetened with thyroid boosting coconut crystals, are a great way to start the day.

A vegetable salad with an apple cider vinegar and olive oil or sesame oil dressing, with crushed garlic and cayenne flakes as a starter or replacement meal for lunch and dinner will improve your health, circulation and gut.
